It is with great pride and pleasure that the Secretariat announces a significant milestone for the 12th CIRED Regional Conference (Iran). Following continuous efforts and rigorous quality assessments, the conference has officially been granted authorization for the indexing of its English papers in the prestigious international database, IEEE Xplore.

The peer-review process for the abstracts submitted to the 12th CIRED Regional Conference is currently being conducted by the esteemed members of the CIRED Scientific Committee.

Announcement No. 5: Extension of Deadline for Detailed Abstract Submission
In response to numerous requests and to ensure maximum participation from the scientific community, the deadline for submitting Detailed Abstracts has been extended until June 5, 2026 (15 Khordad 1405).

Announcement No. 4: Guidelines for Detailed Abstract and Paper Submission
Dear Authors, To ensure a smooth submission process for your detailed abstracts or full papers, please follow these steps carefully: Step 1: System Registration First, navigate to the conference website and register via the “Login/Portal Access” ( ورود به سامانه ) section. Step 2: Update Registration Category Once logged in, go to the “My Papers” ( مقالات من ) section. You must change your registration group from “Independent/Free” ( آزاد ) to your respective Distribution Company, University, or Private Sector entity. Step 3: Uploading Files Finally, you may upload your work in the “My Papers” section. Submissions must be uploaded in both Word and PDF formats. ⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICES: AI Usage Policy: The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the preparation of papers is strictly prohibited . All submissions must be the original work of the authors. Format Compliance: Adherence to the official “Detailed Abstract/Paper Template” is mandatory for both the abstract and full paper submission stages. Thank you for your cooperation. Dear Researchers, We are pleased to announce the Call for Participation for the 12th CIRED Regional Conference Iran . Please be advised that the submission and selection process is conducted in two distinct phases as follows: 📌 Conference Participation Process: Phase 1: Detailed Abstract Submission In this initial stage, participants are required to submit a Detailed Abstract . Only those whose abstracts are officially accepted in this phase will be eligible to proceed to the second stage. Phase 2: Full Paper Submission Only applicants whose abstracts have been successfully accepted in Phase 1 are authorized to upload and submit their Full Paper . ⬅️ Urgent Notice: Given the strict timelines and the importance of these procedural stages, we strongly urge all researchers to ensure the timely submission of their abstracts. We strongly urge all applicants to utilize this extension to review and correct the formatting of their detailed abstracts. All submissions must strictly adhere to the “Detailed Abstract Writing Guidelines” found on the first page of the official website. ⚠️ CRITICAL WARNING Regarding Submissions: DO NOT SUBMIT FULL PAPERS: Please strictly refrain from submitting full papers at this stage.
