First, we would like to express our sincere gratitude for the overwhelming interest and active participation from the research community and power industry experts in the 12th CIRED Regional Conference.

In response to numerous requests and to ensure maximum participation from the scientific community, the deadline for submitting Detailed Abstracts has been extended until June 5, 2026 (15 Khordad 1405).

We encourage all researchers to take advantage of this extension. Please review and refine your abstracts in strict accordance with the “Detailed Abstract Writing Guidelines” available on the conference website: cired.ir.

⚠️ CRITICAL & MANDATORY INSTRUCTIONS:

• Format Compliance: Only abstracts that strictly adhere to the official format provided on the website will be considered for the peer-review process.
• DO NOT SUBMIT FULL PAPERS: Please strictly refrain from uploading your Full Paper at this stage. According to conference regulations, only “Detailed Abstracts” are permitted in the first phase. Any submission containing a Full Paper will be automatically rejected by the system.
