To ensure a smooth submission process for your detailed abstracts or full papers, please follow these steps carefully:

Step 1: System Registration

First, navigate to the conference website and register via the “Login/Portal Access” (ورود به سامانه) section.

Step 2: Update Registration Category

Once logged in, go to the “My Papers” (مقالات من) section. You must change your registration group from “Independent/Free” (آزاد) to your respective Distribution Company, University, or Private Sector entity.

Step 3: Uploading Files

Finally, you may upload your work in the “My Papers” section. Submissions must be uploaded in both Word and PDF formats.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICES:

• AI Usage Policy: The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the preparation of papers is strictly prohibited. All submissions must be the original work of the authors.
• Format Compliance: Adherence to the official “Detailed Abstract/Paper Template” is mandatory for both the abstract and full paper submission stages.
