CIRED international conference is the most prestigious scientific and technical reference in the field of electricity distribution world wide. 

 During nearly two decades, the successful presence of Iranian researched and industry experts in CIRED conferences and workshops, has led to membership approval of CIRED national committee of Iran in November 2016. 

Prior to this, according to ongoing activities of CIRED committee of Iran along with the scientific goals of CIRED international, committee of Iran was granted to authority to hold regional conferences in Tehran. Thus from 2013 to 2021, continuously, eight regional conferences were held. CIRED international representatives attended at first and seventh regional conferences as Keynote Speakers. 

The nineth CIRED Regional Conference will be held in the 18-19 January 2022 in Tehran with participation of electricity distribution researchers and industry experts worldwide.  
The confernce organizers invite the high quality contributions to be submitted from industry and academia in electricity distribution, to share the develpoements in the field.
